Professor Wolfgang Hill, chief spokesman of German Technical College Principals Association, Visiting professor of ZBVI, came to work in ZBVI from May 6th to 14th.
To enforce the National Quality College application program, ZBVI has engaged Mr. Wolfgang Hill as the foreign advisor to the Intelligent Manufacturing Specialties, who would give guidance in the fields of curriculum, teaching management, construction of teaching staff and laboratories.
During his stay in ZBVI, Mr. Wolfgang Hill made a detailed introduction of the German "Industry 4.0" on the base of his own working experience, answered many questions in designing teaching project for the Chinese teachers. He also held a seminar to discuss the management of professional team, quality control, construction of teaching staff and Intelligent Manufacturing Training Center.
As the visiting professor of ZBVI, Mr. Wolfgang Hill introduced the EFQM quality management system and analyzed the quality control system of ZBVI after studying the current quality control management system of Department Performance Assessment, Department of Teaching Affairs and Department of Academic Research.
Totally eight seminars, one lectures and one field investigation were held by the visiting professor during his visit, which widely broadens the horizon of local teachers and effectively promoted ZBVI’s National Quality College application program. As a result, the Intelligent Manufacturing Specialties of ZBVI advanced much in the field of teaching and management.
